What we provide……

Family Music Concerts LLC provides two difference types of concerts.

The first is an in-house concert. This is when your Church or Group wants a concert primarily for your own membership, with all the cost of the concert being paid by the Church, or by individual members within the Church.

In this case, FMC can provide the following concert services:

· Help you select the type of music (contemporary, traditional, modern) which best meets your needs and requirements.
· Provide you with a list of over 60 artists to chose from, and show you the total cost for a concert by that particular artist.
· Help you select a date when that artist will be in your area.
· Arrange all contractual agreements between that artist, their booking agencies and agents and FMP.
· Provide you with artist demo DVD’s to help you promote the event within your facility.
· Provide you with all advance services, arrange for day/night of concert staff and the coordination of your staff with the artist.
· Provide you with flyers and inserts advertising the event.
· Provide local newspapers with advance stories and full details (date, time, and place) for the event.
· You pay FMP for the event; we then pay the artist, their agents, cost of production, advertising, and all technical cost.
· You pay the full cost of the Concert; we do all the work on your behalf.

The second is a ticketed concert. In this case, your Church or group has no financial obligation of any kind. FMC runs all the risks of paying all Concert production cost through the sale of tickets in your local area.

· We provide you with over 60 artists to chose from, most of whom are gospel quartets.
· We help you select the type of music (contemporary, traditional and modern) which best suits your needs and requirements.
· We arrange all contractual agreements with the artist of your choice.
· We pay all artist fees, their agents, production expenses and up-front affiliated cost.
· We provide you with printed tickets for the event so that you may have tickets available to sell prior to the concert.
· We provide local newspapers with advance stories and full details of the date time and place for the event.
· We provide you with flyers and inserts advertising the event.
· We handle all radio and newspaper advertising for the event.
· We provide you with artist demo DVD’s to use in promoting the event at your facility.
· We promote the concert at area assisted living facilities, civic organizations and businesses throughout your area.
· We provide you will all advance services, arrange for day/night of concert staff and coordination of your staff with the artist.
· We provide all security requirements for the event.
· We provide the task of handling all the details, the coordination of all the above, and provide you with a concert which everyone will enjoy and go home satisfied, content, and happy.
· We provide a most memorable concert full of Gospel Music live and in person with a life changing message for audiences of all ages.
· We provide your Church or organization with lots of publicity which will expose many visitors to a favorable impression of your facility for the first time.
